I have no higher goal than helping you find and live as your authentic self. I believe that every good we associate with living—healthy relationships, personal fulfillment, cultivated happiness—is tied directly to our acceptance of who we are and who we can become. I am here to support you along your path to that kind of acceptance. 

 

I am a member of the LGBTQ Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah and I love working with the LGBTQIA population. I am also working on my AASECT Certification to become a certified sex therapist. I offer both a judgement-free space for you to work through whatever difficulties life may have brought across your path as well as the tools to help you face each day.

 

After sixteen years of traveling across the country, living in four states with my family, and meeting and counseling folks from every walk of life, I have settled back where I grew up in the beautiful mountains of northern Utah. Everywhere I’ve lived, I’ve met people who are desperate to learn how to better navigate their sexuality and the sexual complexities that life throws our way—especially when linked to one’s religious history or practice. I am passionate about helping people find happiness in their complexities.
